Bupple

Analytics

Every post’s numbers, in one place

Analytics keeps the numbers of your brand’s published posts and connected accounts every day and shows what worked: the trend, the top posts and the best time to post. Posts you made outside Bupple count too.

What it does

Analytics, in the app today

This period against the last

Posts, Impressions, Engagements, Clicks and Followers for the last 7, 30 or 90 days or any range, each with its change, and a day-by-day trend.

Filter by network, account and campaign

Every filter is in the address, so a reload or a shared link shows the same numbers. A table of the period’s posts sorts by any column.

Top posts and their own page

The five best posts of the period, and a page per post with a chart for each measure — views, likes, comments, shares, saves, clicks, engagement rate.

The best time to post

The best weekday and hour for your brand, in your own time zone, from your own posts.

Posts made outside Bupple

Posts published straight from a network’s own app are kept too, labelled Posted outside Bupple, and never counted twice.

Fresh every six hours

Numbers are read for free every 6 hours. Need them now? Refresh costs 1 credit, and only when numbers actually came back.

Numbers that act

Your results teach the brand and tell the team

Analytics does more than draw charts. Every week your brand and each campaign learn what worked, and the moments that matter reach the whole brand team.

  • Every Monday, Brand Kit’s What Works and What Fails are rewritten from the real numbers.
  • The team hears when a post does far better than usual, when engagement drops 30% or more, and at follower milestones.
  • An automation can start on the same moments — a post takes off, or passes a number you choose.
  • A number a network never reported reads Not reported, never zero.

How it works

Three steps

  1. 1

    Connect your accounts

Connect the brand’s social accounts in Posts. Bupple starts keeping their numbers and those of their posts.

  2. 2

    Read the page

Open Analytics for the trend, the top posts and the best times, or open one post for its full history.

  3. 3

    Act on it

Ask the Superagent to draft another post like your best one, or let an automation start when a post takes off.

From the chat

Or just ask the Superagent

  • “How did my posts do last week?”

  • “Make another like my best one.”

  • “My best Instagram posts last month and why.”

  • “When should I post?”

Questions

What teams ask about Analytics

How often are the numbers updated?

Bupple reads them for free every 6 hours, and the page says when they were last read and when the next read is due. Refresh now reads them at once for 1 credit, charged only when numbers came back.

Which numbers does Bupple keep?

For posts: impressions, reach, views, clicks, likes, comments, shares, saves and engagement rate. For accounts: followers and their change. Where a network does not report a number, Bupple says so instead of showing zero.

Does it count posts I published outside Bupple?

Yes. They are kept every day like the rest and labelled Posted outside Bupple, with a link to the original.

Can I turn the alerts off?

Yes. Account settings › Notifications has an Analytics alerts switch.

Is Analytics on every plan?

Analytics reads your connected social accounts, and connecting accounts needs a paid plan. See Pricing for how many accounts each plan connects.

See what is working, then make more of it
