We collect several types of information to provide and improve our Services. Personal Information includes your name, email address, phone number, credit card or payment information, and geographic location. Usage Data encompasses information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, session duration, and referring URLs. Geo-Location Data may be collected from your device with your consent to provide location-relevant features. Social Media Data is collected when you connect your social media accounts to the Platform, including profile information, posts, and analytics from those connected accounts.
Collection Methods
We collect information through both active and passive means. Active collection methods include sign-up forms and account registration, direct communications with our support team, surveys and feedback forms, and third-party data sources such as social media platforms and business partners. Passive collection methods include cookies and similar tracking technologies, web beacons and pixel tags, mobile device identifiers and advertising IDs, and server logs that automatically record your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
Information Use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes: providing, maintaining, and improving our Services; personalizing your experience and delivering targeted advertising; conducting internal analytics, research, and reporting; ensuring the security and integrity of our Platform; sending you service notifications, updates, and promotional communications; complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms; and developing new features and services based on user behavior and feedback.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with the following parties: affiliated entities and subsidiaries within our corporate family; service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, and analytics; successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer; legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or legal process; joint venture partners for collaborative services; and marketing partners for co-branded promotions, subject to your opt-out rights. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and Tracking
We use various tracking technologies to enhance your experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us remember your preferences and improve functionality. Flash cookies (Local Shared Objects) may be used for certain multimedia features. Web beacons are small graphic images embedded in emails or web pages that help us track engagement. Locally stored objects, including HTML5 local storage, are used to store user preferences and session data. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect certain Platform features.
Personalized Advertising
We may partner with third-party advertising platforms to deliver personalized advertisements. These partners include Google AdWords for search and display advertising, Google Analytics for Display Advertising for audience insights and remarketing, Facebook Custom Audience for targeted advertising on Facebook and Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter) Tailored Audiences for targeted advertising on the X platform. You can opt out of personalized advertising through each platform’s privacy settings or through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and similar tools to monitor and analyze web traffic patterns and user behavior. These tools help us understand how users interact with our Platform, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. The data collected through analytics is aggregated and used for internal reporting purposes. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Do Not Track
Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals sent by web browsers. There is no uniform standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, and we will revisit this policy if a consensus standard is established. Regardless of DNT settings, you can manage your privacy preferences through the controls described in this Privacy Policy.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security assessments, access controls, and employee training. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
International Data Transfer
Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or on international servers operated by our service providers. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws. We take steps to ensure that your information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
