Common questions
Is this a timeline editor?
No. The Video Editor is an AI that makes the video for you from a request and your files. You change a finished video by asking for the change, in words or in comments on the video, and it makes a new version.
Which shapes and lengths can it make?
Vertical (9:16), wide (16:9) and square (1:1) videos, up to 5 minutes per request. You can ask for several clips in one request.
How is it priced?
In credits, from your workspace's balance. A price note is shown before you start, so you know what a video will roughly cost.
Can I ask for a video in the Superagent chat?
Yes. Ask the Superagent for a video and it hands the work to the Video Editor. The finished video comes back into the chat and is saved in your Media Library.
Can a video be made for a campaign?
Yes. Pick a campaign on the new-video form. The video and every change of it are filed in the campaign’s folder, and its credits count toward the campaign’s limit.
