Inbox brings each brand’s direct messages and the comments on its posts into Bupple. Read the whole thread, reply from the account it came in on, and let the Superagent draft replies that go out only when you approve them.

Every DM and comment from the brand’s connected accounts, newest first, unread in bold, filtered by Messages or Comments, network and account.
The whole conversation
A comment opens with its post above it. Pictures, videos, voice messages and shared posts show in the thread, and a search box finds the words you need.
Reply from the right account
A reply goes out as a DM, or as a public reply under the comment, from the account the message came in on — and only when you press Send.
Live, without a reload
A new message, a reply sent from the network’s own app, an edit or an unsend shows up by itself.
Drafts in your brand’s voice
Ask the Superagent to reply and it drafts the words in the brand’s voice. You approve those exact words every time, even with Auto-approve on.
Automations on new messages
Start an automation when a DM arrives or when someone comments a word like “link”. Its reply waits for a person’s approval.
People first
Nothing is sent without a person
The AI can read your inbox, summarize it and draft a reply. Sending stays with your team: every reply the AI wrote is shown to a person, and one press sends it once.
- Replies cost no credits.
- Each brand sees only its own accounts.
- When Instagram’s 24-hour reply window has closed, the inbox says so before anybody types.
- Home shows how many messages are unread.

What teams ask about Inbox
Can the AI reply on its own?
No. The Superagent and automations can draft a reply, but every reply waits for a person to approve those exact words. Auto-approve does not cover replies.
Do replies cost credits?
No. Reading and replying in Inbox costs no credits.
Which messages show up?
Direct messages and comments on the posts of the brand’s connected social accounts. Connecting accounts needs a paid plan.
Can I hide or delete a comment from Bupple?
Not yet. Inbox reads and replies; moderating a comment is still done in the network’s own app.
