Workspaces and brands
One workspace holds every brand you run. Each brand has its own Brand Kit, files, posts and campaigns.
Invitations
Invite people by email. Accepting takes them straight into your workspace.
Roles you name
Beside Admin, Member and Viewer, make your own — “Freelancer”, “Client reviewer” — with exactly the permissions you tick.
Kept to some apps
Limit a role to the apps it needs. A person never sees an app their role leaves out.
Comments and mentions
Comment on files, posts, chats and automations. @mention a teammate, or link a file, folder or post right in the comment.
Updates
Mentions, notices and background jobs in one place. A mention you miss in the app reaches you by push and email.

Give a freelancer the Video Editor and nothing else
A role is built from Admin, Member or Viewer, holds the permissions you give it and can be kept to some apps. Change it, and everybody in it has the new access on their very next action.

Can I limit what a freelancer or client sees?
Yes. Make a role, tick what it may do and pick the apps it may use. People in that role do not see the other apps.
How many people can I invite?

How do I know when someone needs me?
