Each brand has its own files and folders. Upload, move and favorite files, and filter by the date they were added.
Transcripts
Speech in your videos and audio is transcribed, so you can search for what was said.
AI notes on every file
In the background, AI notes what is in each file, and those notes go into search.
Search inside your files
Search matches file names, folders, what the AI noted, what was said, comments and tags, and forgives a typo in a file name.
Versions
Every file keeps its versions, so a new edit never loses the old one.
Comments and "Used in"
Teammates comment on a file with @mentions, and each file shows where it is used: in posts, videos, chats and automations.
Share links that expire
Make a public link to a file for someone outside the team, with an end date.
Study in depth
Ask the AI to study a file — a video's cuts and stills, a picture, a PDF page by page — and keep what it learned on the file.

Common questions
Do I have to tag my files?
No. Transcripts and AI notes are made for you in the background, and search reads them. You can still add your own tags.
How much can I store?
It depends on your plan: Free 2 GB, Personal 50 GB, SMB 250 GB, Agency 1 TB and Enterprise 5 TB.
Can I share a file outside my team?
Yes. Make a public link to the file and choose when it expires. Files are private until you do.
Can it make another version of a file?
Yes. Ask for a version in another format, size, shape, quality or frame rate, a trimmed clip, or a still from a video. It is priced in credits by the work, and the price is shown before it runs.
