Profile
How to open your account settings, set the name your team sees, switch between light and dark, and delete your account.

The tutorial for this chapter is being recorded. The guide below covers everything in the meantime.
Your account settings are yours alone, and follow you into every workspace you belong to. Workspace settings, which owners and admins run for the whole team, are in Workspace settings instead.
Open your account settings
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Account. The page is Account settings, and the sidebar turns into its list of pages:
- Profile — this page.
- Notifications — what each workspace tells you, and where. See Notification settings.
- Workspaces — every workspace you belong to. See Workspaces.
- Bring your AI — run your own Claude or ChatGPT account inside Bupple. See Bring your AI.
- Bupple MCP — use Bupple from Claude, ChatGPT and other AI apps. See Bupple MCP. It shows only when your workspace has it switched on and your role allows it.
- Bupple Line — talk to Bupple from your messaging apps. See Bupple Line. It shows only when your workspace has it switched on.
Canva is covered in Canva.

Profile
The Profile card is how you appear to everyone you share a workspace with.
- Picture. It comes from the account you sign in with, each time you sign in. Change it there and it follows you here.
- Display name. What member lists, comments and mentions call you. Leave it empty to be shown as your email address. Press Save changes.
- Email. The address you sign in with. It is managed by your sign-in provider, so change it there.
The Account card says what Bupple knows about you, such as your access and your account status.
Appearance
Appearance switches between Light, Dark and System (follow your computer). It is saved in this browser only, so another device keeps its own choice.
Delete your account
Delete account is at the bottom. It deletes your account, the workspaces you own alone and everything in them, and signs you out everywhere. Bupple first lists the workspaces that go with it and the ones you will leave, which stay for everyone else. A paid plan on a workspace you own alone is canceled right away and not refunded. To confirm, tick the box and type your email. This cannot be undone.
If you own a workspace that has other members, hand it to someone first with Make owner in Members, or delete that workspace.
