General
How to open workspace settings, what each settings page is for, and the General page — the workspace's name, allowed email domains, its brands and deleting it.
Video coming soon
The tutorial for this chapter is being recorded. The guide below covers everything in the meantime.
A workspace is your team's shared home in Bupple. It holds your brands, your files, your credits and the people who work with you. Workspace settings are where owners and admins run it. Your own name, notifications and connected apps are in Account settings instead.
Open workspace settings
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Workspace › Manage workspace. The same Workspace menu lists every workspace you belong to, so you can switch to another, and has Add new workspace.
In settings, the sidebar turns into the list of settings pages, under the heading Workspace settings. Press Back (or Esc) to return to the main sidebar. The top of every page names the workspace and says what you are in it, how many members it has and its credit balance, for example You are the owner here · 6 members · 58,286 credits.

You only see the pages your role allows. A person who cannot see members has no Members row, and only people who can see billing get Top up and Billing. The pages, and where this guide covers them:
| Pages | Where to read about them |
|---|---|
| General | This page |
| Members, Platform roles, Campaign roles | Members and roles |
| Plans, Subscription, Top up, Billing | Plans, credits and billing |
| Integrations, Superagent, Providers, Models | Integrations and AI |
| Storage, Social accounts, Tags, Processing, Search, Activity | Files and data |
| Webhooks | Webhooks |
The workspace
General opens first. Its Workspace card holds the workspace's Name and Description, and Allowed email domains. Type a domain, such as acme.com, and press Enter, comma or space. Leave it empty to invite anyone. The card also shows how many Members and Pending invites the workspace has. Press Save changes when you are done.
Brands
Below that is Brands, which lists every brand in the workspace. Active is the brand you are working in, Default is where people land until they pick one, and Switch moves you to another brand. Manage brands opens the Brands page.

For each brand, Content basics and Platform rules say whether agents also follow Bupple's general advice for that brand. Auto leaves it to the brand's own Brand Kit page and chat. On or Off decides it here, and the brand's page then shows the switch as set by workspace settings. The All brands row sets every brand at once.
Delete the workspace
At the bottom, the owner can Delete workspace. Bupple first lists what goes with it: its brands, files, members (who lose access), social accounts (disconnected), scheduled posts (canceled) and its plan. A paid plan is canceled right away, and the unused part of the billing period is not refunded. Posts already published stay on the social networks, and your invoices are kept. To confirm, tick the box and type the workspace's name. This cannot be undone.
