Files and data
Your workspace's storage, its connected social accounts, file tags, automatic processing, what Find searches, and the Activity log of everything people did and spent.

Six settings pages look after your workspace's files and records: Storage, Social accounts, Tags, Processing, Search and Activity. Open them from workspace settings: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Workspace › Manage workspace. Which of them you see depends on your role.
Storage
Storage says how much space your plan includes, shared by every brand in the workspace, and how much each brand uses: its Files and Storage used, with the Workspace total at the bottom.
Social accounts
Social accounts lists every social account connected to a brand in the workspace, grouped by brand. Each one shows its Platform, its Status (such as Connected, Access expired or Reconnect needed), when it was Connected and when its Access expires. To connect or reconnect an account, open its brand with Manage or Connect. See Posts.
Tags
Tags are shared by every brand in the workspace. Anyone who can edit files can add one. Under New tag, type a name (such as Hero image), pick a color and press Add. You can rename or delete a tag. A tag people already use on files but that nobody defined here is listed under In use, not defined yet, with Adopt to keep it.
Processing
Processing turns on Automatic processing: work that starts by itself the moment a file lands in the Media Library, such as making a playable copy, a transcript or a description the AI can search. Choose what happens for Images, Videos, Audio, Documents and Everything else. This work spends credits, so switch off anything you do not want.
Search
Search decides what the Find box at the top of the sidebar searches:
- Search the Media Library — Find shows your files and folders.
- Search in apps — Find searches inside your apps too. Turning this off turns search off for every app at once. To choose integration by integration, use Integrations.
Activity
Activity is everything people did in the workspace — administration, files, publishing and spend — newest first. Each row says Who, What happened, the Brand it was for, its Cost and When.
At the top, Credits spent shows the total for the period and who spent what. Click a person to see only what they did. Filters narrows the list by:
- When — Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or a Custom range;
- Person;
- Brand, or Workspace-wide for things that belong to no brand;
- Category — People & settings, Library, Publishing, AI or Billing;
- Who — A person, An app or Bupple.
Search with Search what happened. Credits given back show as +N credits back.
