Integrations and AI
How to choose the integrations your team can use, which agents and tools the Superagent has, use your own provider keys, and decide which AI models the workspace may spend credits on.
Video coming soon
The tutorial for this chapter is being recorded. The guide below covers everything in the meantime.
Four settings pages decide what the AI in your workspace may use and who pays for it: Integrations, Superagent, Providers and Models. Only an owner or admin can change them. Open them from workspace settings: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Workspace › Manage workspace.
Integrations
Integrations chooses which integrations everyone in the workspace can use, such as Canva and Fal, and what each one may do. Switch one on or off, and where it has its own options, choose them underneath. For Fal, for example, you can use your own fal.ai key and choose whether Fal's models show up in search. Turning an integration off deletes nothing. Its files stay in your Media Library.
An integration that is switched on shows under Integrations in the main sidebar.
Superagent
Superagent has two tabs.

- Agents & tools lists every agent the Superagent can hand work to, with its tools under it. Anything you switch off here is gone from Superagent chats, automations, the Video Editor and the Design Editor, for everyone. This is also where you switch Web Search, Link Reader and Social Reader on or off. Each person can turn more off for themselves, but never turn on what you turned off.
- MCPs connects tools from other services through their MCP servers, so the Superagent can use them. Give the connection a Name and its Server address, then Connect. Some services ask you to Sign in. Test checks a connection, and Disconnect or Remove takes it away.
Each person can still turn a tool off for a single chat. See Superagent.
Providers
Every AI service Bupple uses runs on Bupple's key by default, and the cost comes out of your credits. Providers lists every one of them in one table, with its Category and whose Key it uses: Bupple's key or Your key.

Press Edit on a row and choose Your own key, then paste the key. That provider then bills you directly, and Bupple charges no credits for it. Switch back to Bupple's key at any time. The list covers the services behind chat, pictures, video, web search, page reading, social reading and transcription. Your plan decides whether you can use your own keys.
Below the table, Embeddings decides which key Bupple uses to make your brand knowledge and chat memory searchable. Changing it warns you first, because Bupple then re-reads your brand knowledge and chat memory with the new key.
Models
Models decides which AI models the workspace may spend credits on. A blocked model is refused before it can run, so nothing is billed.

- Default model is the model a new chat starts on. Bupple's default leaves it to Bupple.
- Default per feature sets a starting model for each place that uses one: the Superagent, Automations, the Video Editor, the Design Editor and Bupple Line.
- Models lists every model, grouped by kind (chat, image, video, audio). Search with Search models. Allowed switches a model on or off for the workspace, and for chat models you can also switch it on or off feature by feature. Each chat model shows its rate in credits per million tokens.
Press Save policy to keep your choices.
